1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Nurrai mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License Grant
Nurrai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and any usage rules set by the Apple App Store.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, design elements, and software included in the App are the intellectual property of Nurrai or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
5. Updates and Modifications
Nurrai may provide updates, upgrades, or enhancements to the App. Such updates are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Nurrai. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App.
7. No Medical Advice
The App provides AI-powered support for emotional wellness. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider for any medical or mental health condition.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurrai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App, if any.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and protect your personal information.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
